Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000-Watt Juice Extractor (Kitchen) We received the Breville 800JEXL Juicer yesterday and excitedly unpacked the box. And the next box. And one more box. Extremely well packaged.It only took a few minutes to pre-wash the parts and set it up on the counter. It’s tall, about 16′ but just fit under our cupboards. It has two settings, high and low.Lined the bin as instructed with a plastic bag. The instructions say, use ‘High’ for hard fruits/veggies, (apples, carrots) and ‘Low’ for soft things (watermelon, greens.)Had a large pile of fruits and veggies to experiment with:Apples, carrots, kale, blueberries, romaine. Washed, cut and cored a large apple and tossed it in the hopper. Immediately, it threw a large amount of pulp into the bin, and a small amount of juice into the pitcher. Same with the carrots. Counter started accumulating little bits of juice and pulp. The greens and blueberries, on the low speed, produced nearly no juice, even when rolled up or put in with carrots, all went in the pulp bin.When finished, had a meager amount of juice, huge amount of wet pulp and a lot to clean up.Further experiment: Tossed a quart of the pulp in the blender with a cup of apple juice, liquified, and poured that into the juicer on low speed. Got maybe a half cup back.Further experiment: Grabbed a muslin tea towel, plopped the whole mess in that, wrapped it up and squeezed it out by hand. SUCCESS! Dry pulp and twice the juice originally produced by the juicer.I guess it would be okay if you don’t mind seeing over half of your produce going in the trash. Perhaps I was expecting too much. We’ve been making impromptu fruit/veggie smoothies in the blender for the past month. A bit foamy sometimes and leaves some chewing to do, but no waste and 5 min clean-up, much less complicated.Amazon is amazing! Picking it up and shipping it back for us tomorrow.

Waring JEX450 Pulp-Eject Juice Extractor, Brushed Stainless (Kitchen) I am afraid that this product did not work for us. Not only we had clean up the counters full of flying pulp and pulp was full of juice as well.

Breville JE98XL Juice Fountain Plus 850-Watt Juicing Machine (Kitchen) I did a ton of research before making this purchase. I had talked with people that had owned various juicers and some that swore by the Jack L. juicer. So I borrowed one of the Jack Juice rs, and tried it for a week, i was not impressed by the quality of the product or the fact that you need a tool to remove the strainer. With the Breville it is a breeze to break down for cleaning. It comes apart in four pieces including the pulp collection piece. Now as for the juice itself, the breville does a significantly better job of extracting juice from leafy greens, and roots such as carrots and ginger. the breville’s strainer has a much tighter mesh so the quality of the juice seems better, less pulp in the juice. In summation i am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this juicer to anyone.

Breville Factory Reconditioned XXJE98XL Juice Fountain Plus (Kitchen) Ok, so I went on a mission to find a juicer I liked. I started with the black and decker walmart juicer. Well it was terrible to say the least. So then I went with the Jack Lalanes power juices, and it was decent, but I still wanted to get more juice than I was getting. So then I went with a Kuvings Masticating Juice r that was $240, well it was worse that the Jack Lalanes. So I bought the Breville Juice Fountain refurbished from Amazon. When I got it, you could not even tell that it was not new. And man does this thing spit out some juice. It was ten fold better than the other juicers. You can fill half of the container up with juice, just from one cucumber. I mean this thing will give you a ton of nice, good quality juice. If you juice everyday, and want a solid machine, then get this one.

Breville JE95XL Two-Speed Juice Fountain Plus (Kitchen) By all accounts this is a good juicer. I chose it for the power, the easy clean pulp filter and the wide feed mouth. Then I moved to New York City where space is a premium and I just couldn’t fit it in my little kitchen. I do believe it is a good juicer, but can’t say from my own experience.
